Program description

Snap Party Booths sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages relate to event inquiries, quotes and proposals, booking confirmations, event logistics and scheduling, payment reminders, design and artwork approvals, and photo gallery delivery. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to opt in

You can opt in to text messages by ticking the SMS consent box on our booking or contact form atsnappartybooths.com, by providing written consent to a member of our team, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can book with us without agreeing to receive text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive messages only in connection with an active inquiry or booking. Most customers receive fewer than ten messages per event.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Snap Party Booths does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing contact@snappartybooths.comor calling 215-256-9151.

Opting out of text messages will not affect your booking. We will contact you by email or phone instead.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers

Our messaging program is available on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Voice, and others. Carrier support may change without notice.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at snappartybooths.com/privacy-policy. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with any third party for marketing purposes.
