Snap Party Booths ("we", "us", "our") operates photo booth and event photography services in Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.
It covers three groups of people:
Clients and prospective clients — anyone who inquires about or books our services
Event guests — anyone who uses a photo booth at an event we are working
Website visitors — anyone browsing snappartybooths.com

1. Information we collect from clients and prospective clients
When you inquire about or book an event, we collect:
Name, email address, phone number, and company or organization name
Event details — date, start time, duration, venue name and address, event type, estimated guest count, and any notes you provide
Preferences such as how you would like us to contact you and how guests should receive photos
Billing information, purchase order numbers where applicable, and payment records
Your correspondence with us, including emails, text messages, and notes from calls
How you found us, and marketing attribution data such as referral source or advertising campaign
We collect this directly from you — through our booking form, by email, by phone, or in person.
2. Information we collect from event guests
When you use one of our photo booths at an event:
Photographs, videos, GIFs and boomerangs taken in the booth
Your email address or mobile number, if you choose to have your photos sent to you
Basic technical information about the booth session
Providing your contact details at the booth is optional. You can use the booth without sending yourself a copy. If you do provide them, we use them to deliver your photos and for nothing else unless you separately opt in.
We do not use facial recognition, and we do not create biometric templates or identifiers from photo booth images.
3. Information we collect from website visitors
Standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site

4. How we use information
We use the information above to:
Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and send proposals
Deliver the services you have booked, including planning logistics and staffing
Design and approve custom print templates for your event
Process payments, issue invoices, and collect outstanding balances
Deliver photo galleries and downloads
Send service messages relating to your inquiry or booking
Ask for feedback or a review after an event
Improve our services, and understand which marketing channels work
Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
5. Mobile information and text messaging
When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, we collect and store your phone number, the date and time consent was given, and the record of that consent.
We use this information only to send you messages relating to your inquiry, quote, or booking — including proposals, confirmations, event logistics, payment reminders, design approvals, and photo delivery. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share your phone number with service providers who help us deliver messages on our behalf — for example our messaging platform and our event management system — solely for the purpose of sending the messages you have consented to receive. These providers are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.
You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at contact@snappartybooths.com or 215-256-9151. Withdrawing consent will not affect your booking — we will contact you by email or phone instead.

6. Photographs and images
Photo booth images are the part of our service that involves the most personal information, so we want to be clear about how we handle them.
Delivery and storage. Images from your event are uploaded to a private online gallery and shared with the client who booked the event. Guests who provided contact details at the booth receive their own images directly. We retain event images for 2 years so that clients can request re-delivery, after which they may be deleted.
Marketing use. We may use selected images from events in our portfolio, on our website, and on social media. If you are a client and would prefer we do not use images from your event, tell us at any time and we will honor that — before or after the event.
If you are a guest and would like an image of yourself removed from our marketing or from an event gallery, email contact@snappartybooths.com with enough detail to identify the image and we will remove it.
Client responsibilities. Where a client books us for an event, the client is responsible for notifying their guests that photography is taking place, and for obtaining any consents required in their setting — for example at schools, workplaces, or events involving minors.
7. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

Snappic - Photo booth software and on-site image capture
SmugMug - Photo gallery hosting and delivery
Stripe - Payment processing
Twilio - Text message delivery
Squarespace - Website hosting and forms
Google - Website analytics and advertising measurement
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
8. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure the performance of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how parts of the site function.
9. How long we keep information
Client and booking records — retained for as long as needed to provide services and to meet our tax and accounting obligations, typically 7 years
Event images — retained for 2 years, then deleted
Inquiries that do not become bookings — retained for 24 months
SMS consent records — retained for as long as you remain opted in, and for a reasonable period afterwards to evidence consent
10. Your choices
You can:
Ask what personal information we hold about you
Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law
Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link
Ask us not to use images from your event in our marketing
Email contact@snappartybooths.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights; contact us and we will honor them.
11. Children
Our services are frequently provided at events attended by children, including school events, birthday parties, and bar and bat mitzvahs.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Where a child uses a photo booth at an event, we ask that a parent, guardian, or the event organizer supervise whether the child provides an email address or phone number to receive their photos.
If you believe we hold personal information collected from a child under 13, contact us at contact@snappartybooths.com and we will delete it.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable third-party providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
